The thing that worked for me is an indoor/outdoor cat. Not a single mouse in two years.

You can get some traps (you can get the killing traps or the humane traps made by "havaheart") or you can go my favorite route, which is buy a pellet gun.

I would have to agree, an indoor cat and a pellet gun are both cheaper and more fun than an exterminator.

Fallen scraps of food attract mice, so the easiest remedy is to keep floors clean.

Make sure all little holes are plugged (around pipes and such) steel wool works great. I’ve used the electronic pest controllers in the past and they also work. (plug it in a outlet and the ultrasonic noise sends mice running)

Use the stick traps and poisens by decon,they normally hang out in the kitchen area apply the traps along the walls behind stoves, fridges,sinks as well as the poisens.Withen a couple weeks you should be catching some.A good bait to use is peanut butter also they are more afraid of you than you are of them.Unforantly if you see one mouse there is going to be more since they travel in families.So i would be exspecting to catch more than 4.I would try these out first, they worked for me and apparently we had alot.But withen a couple months we were mice free.I would get an exterminator if you havnt noticed a difference as another opinion just they are more exspensive than buying a few baits and traps.GL
