Why don’t you try my ant remedy? Use a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. The ants will come for the sugar and take the cinnamon too. Ants cannot digest cinnamon and when they take it back to their queen she will explode after a while and the colony will die out without her. Cucumber peels also have the same effect as the cinnamon. Either one is safe to use indoors or around animals. Hope this helps!

I have the same problems. I am not sure why they like the bathroom either. Maybe they see the "human sanctuary" and "porcelain god" as attractive places to hang with their buddies. But seriously, hunt for them outside your house, find out where they are getting in, and spray there. It seems to work for me. Be forewarned though, it will wear off and need constant hunts.

The best results I have had with getting rid of ants was using the syrupy ant poison that they take back to their nest with them. I had to keep feeding them but they finally left.
